Returns :

Equipment is returnable within 30 days of receipt of shipment provided that it is in new condition and in its original packaging.

A return authorization must be requested from support@eyeinmedia.com prior to return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser using a carrier that provides tracking. Returned equipment will be inspected for any damage or misuse upon receipt and refund may be adjusted accordingly. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please allow up to 15 days to process the refund.

If Equipment is originally received by customer in a damaged condition, a photo of the box and the damage must be emailed to support@eyeinmedia.com requesting a DOA return authorization within 3 days following receipt. A replacement will be shipped once damaged equipment is received back.

Software or Software as a Service fees are refundable within 10 days of software installation, activation, account creation or first use, whichever occurs earlier. All software must be uninstalled from all computers upon which it was installed. Any data uploaded to our servers will be deleted and any associated user accounts will be permanently de-activated.
